What we collect

Your email and password (stored hashed), your vehicle's VIN and the parts you ask about, what you tell us about the problem, your delivery name, address and phone number, your messages with us, and a record of your payments (we never see or store your full card number — our payment processor handles it).

Why

To find parts that fit your car, to buy and ship them to you, to send you updates, receipts and tracking, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

The seller you choose receives your name, delivery address and phone so they can ship your part; carriers receive what they need to deliver it; our payment processor handles payment; our email provider sends your updates. VINs are decoded using the US government's public NHTSA vehicle database.

How long

We keep order records for as long as needed for returns, warranty and tax purposes, and delete your personal details when you delete your account.

Your choices

You can change your email or password, and delete your account and data, at any time from your account settings. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information under the CCPA; use your settings page or message us from any order.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. No advertising trackers.
